This weekend a free Unity workshop was hosted here at Futuregames. The workshop ran the entire weekend and went through all the basics of game development. In the end we had around 20 games made in total! The workshop was made in cooperation with Stockholm Game Development hub, and we’d like to thank Stoil Stoichev, Lachezar Kanavrov and Simon Ulander for organizing the whole thing!
Stoil Stoichev and Lachezar Kanavrov are Unity engine experts with multiple years of experience that flew in from Bulgaria to specially hold this workshop at Futuregames grounds. We at Futuregames often host and organize similar workshops and meetups. As a student at Futuregames you will actively and daily hone your skills within the latest Unreal Engine and Unity game engines, so supporting workshops and gamejams like this is a natural extension of the ordinary Futuregames programs in game design and 3D graphics.
As always there is a lot brewing at Futuregames and you can expect more game industry and community involvement from us as we level up into 2016.
