Nordic Game will be happening quite soon, and as I’m pretty sure you might have guessed that we’ll be there, in one way or the other. Our very own Sjoerd De Jong, a well respected Unreal Engine 4 guru, will actually be a guest speaker at the conference.
On behalf of Epic Games, Sjoerd will be speaking about Unreal Engine 4 and his upcoming game Solus. Should you be attending the conference, you might want to check that out! Sjoerd will be holding his talk on Thursday, 11:15, in the Unreal Theatre.
Later that night Epic Games is having a Unreal Engine 4 party for developers, where guests can mingle, eat some food, have some drinks and check out Unreal Engine 4 of course. The evening is being organized by Sjoerd de Jong, and amongst the guests from Epic Games you will find Mark Rein – Vice President, Mike Gamble – EU territory manager, Andy Hess – Evangelist, Alan Willard – Senior Technical Artist and Alan Noon – Developer Relations Technical Artist.
If you are a developer in the Malmö area but will not be attending the Nordic Game conference, you can still go to the party, since a Nordic Game Conference pass isn’t required to join in. The event is free and open to developers of all levels of experience!
When: Thursday May 22nd, 2014, from 4.00 PM CET – 7.00 PM CET
Where: The Green Lion bar at Skeppsbron 9, Malmo, Sweden (close to the central station, and the Nordic Game conference venue).
