Applicants! Here you can find answers to frequently asked questions right now
Our admission decisions have been released to all applicants who applied during the regular application period. We are very excited about this! In connection with this, it is common for some questions to arise. Below, we have gathered some of our most frequently asked questions right now.
We would like to bring to your attention that during the summer, it may take longer than usual to receive a response. However, we will do our utmost to provide you with an answer as quickly as possible.
Are you wondering about semester dates and CSN?
If you have been admitted to an education and ACCEPTED, you will receive all the necessary information from us well in advance before the start of the education.
I am admitted in Boden but want to study in Stockholm – can I switch locations?
No, your placement is for the location you have been admitted to. You cannot remain on the waiting list for another location for a program with the same program number.
Why didn’t I get my first choice?
All applications’ entrance examinations (including any written exams) are reviewed by the program leaders and assessed based on technical skills, visualization abilities, and industry relevance. Based on this, applicants are placed on a priority list where those with the highest value are assigned their first choice as long as there are available spots. If you have a lower value, you may be assigned your second choice.
Can I study remotely?
Not if the education is location-based.
Admission decisions for late applications
Please note that if you have submitted your application as a late application, your decision may be delayed. This is because we first offer places to those who submitted their application during the regular application period. A late application does not guarantee that there are available spots in the program. However, there are good chances of obtaining a place in the program if someone ahead of you in the queue declines their spot.
