Tidsvåg – a virtual games party is an online event about games and women’s achievements within the games industry. We want to inspire more young girls and non-binary to look at games and programming as possible future career paths by promoting female role models in the industry. Listen to talks with female game developers and entrepreneurs and ask your questions directly to industry representatives. Futuregames is part of arranging the event together with Goto10 / Internetstiftelsen and under creative guidance from Elisabeth Tegner.
Moderator Emelie Fågelstedt (Futuregames) will give interviews with five different games studio representatives, and we’ll get a chance to see demos of new commercial games and indie games. The event will be wrapped-up with a panel talk on how we can promote more women to choose a career within games.
Participating speakers from the games industry: Mehrnaz Amant Bari, games developer at Frostbite Engines, Anna Norrevik, CEO at Antler Interactive, Emelie Nordstrand Lindgren, games developer at Paradox Interactive, Johanna Schramm, Community Manager at Resolution Games, and Kiki Olofsson, Senior Director of Art på King.
Moderator: Emelie Fågelstedt, Futuregames
