Become a QA / Game Tester
Be their quality assurance! As a game tester, you will assure digital productions through systematic tests, playtesting throughout all phases of game development; from the kick-off of a project and management of systems, to planning and sketching, developing and documenting.
You will perform tests at different levels, all with the same end-game of ensuring the best experience to the user. Additionally, you will learn to understand underlying factors to errors and report deviations with relevant information that makes it easier to recreate and resolve problems.

About the Program
The Futuregames QA / Game Tester program equips you with core competencies in game and IT development by learning from industry professionals and teachers from leading companies in the industry. The program prepares you to act as a quality assurance professional and contribute to improving the technical standards of games. Working with software quality assurance requires both organizing and management skills, along with a solid technical understanding of the development process – all of which you will learn at Futuregames.
Futuregames programs are accredited and regulated by the Swedish National Agency for Higher Vocational Education (MYH). We pride ourselves on making our programs as close to the professional industry as possible. The courses are developed in collaboration with our Educational Board, ensuring they meet industry standards and needs.

Student Projects
Every year, approximately 50 new games in total are produced by Futuregames students during game projects lasting between 4 to 8 weeks. Most of these games are available for free download and play!
