Become an entrepreneur in the modern food movement!
A growing demand for locally produced food, more conscious consumers, and the rise of food tourism—interest in food and local producers has never been greater! Learn how to work entrepreneurially and achieve profitability in small-scale food craftsmanship and production with online studies.
Several reports indicate that today’s food consumers are becoming increasingly conscious of what they buy and why. Origin, ingredients, and the connection to producers are playing a greater role in purchasing decisions.
Trust in large-scale food industries has declined as numerous scandals and cases of food fraud have come to light. Instead, consumers now perceive small-scale, artisanal production as offering “real” and “authentic” food.
The demand for Swedish food is growing, posing a challenge for the Swedish food industry to meet this need. In this program, you’ll learn how to effectively communicate the unique value of your products or services to customers.
