Not only do we have a brand-new Game Programming education at the school, but a completely new role has been created for this education as well — meet Krister Cederlund, Head of Game Programming at Futuregames.
Krister has a strong educational background in game programming and game development as a teacher at university, college and secondary school but has also worked as a game programmer for an indie studio. He has done A LOT of coding in the ten years he has been working professionally with games, to say the least. “As the Head of Game Programming I will help students reach their goals and go into the industry as strong, confident game programmers”, says Krister.

Fun fact: Krister loves roleplaying games and adventure games and his all-time favourite is Beneath a Steel Sky from 1994.
