Accessibility Statement

AcadeMedia is responsible for this website. We want as many people as possible to be able to use it. This page describes how Futuregames complies with the Act on Access to Digital Public Services, any known accessibility issues, and how you can report deficiencies to us so we can address them.

How accessible is the website?

The website is partially compliant with the Act on Access to Digital Public Services. We are aware that we currently do not meet all accessibility requirements for digital public services. We are working to resolve the issues and ensure that you receive the digital services you are entitled to.

What can you do if you cannot access parts of the website?

If you need content from Futuregames that is not accessible to you and that falls outside the scope of the law, you can contact us by email at: tillganglighet@academedia.se.

Report accessibility issues with the website

We continuously strive to improve the accessibility of the website. If you discover problems not described on this page, or if you believe we are not meeting the requirements of the law, you can contact us by email at tillganglighet@academedia.se or notify us using the form, so we become aware of the issue.

Supervision

The Agency for Digital Government (DIGG) is responsible for supervising the application of the Act on Access to Digital Public Services. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your feedback, you can report it to DIGG.

Technical information about the accessibility of the website

Our goal is to achieve at least basic accessibility according to the criteria in WCAG 2.1, level AA. However, the website does not yet meet all the accessibility criteria in WCAG 2.1 and is therefore only partially compliant with the Act on Access to Digital Public Services due to the deficiencies described below.

Video and audio

There is video content published both before and after September 23, 2020, that lacks alternatives for accessing the content of the video, such as subtitles, transcripts, and/or audio descriptions. (WCAG 1.2.1, 1.2.2, 1.2.3 A, WCAG 1.2.4, 1.2.5 AA)

Information and relationships
  • HTML is used to format content in some places. (WCAG 1.3.1 A)
  • Headings are not properly structured. (WCAG 2.4.10 AAA)
  • Element IDs are not unique. (WCAG 4.1.1 A and WCAG 1.3.1 A)
  • ARIA attributes and roles are not used entirely correctly throughout the website. (WCAG 1.3.1 A)
  • Some text in the footer is approximately 10px, which may make it difficult to read for some users. This may affect readability. (WCAG 1.4.4 AA)
  • Some text visually appears as a heading but is not coded as a heading (e.g., h1-h6), which complicates navigation with assistive technologies. (WCAG 1.3.1 A and WCAG 2.4.6 AA)
Contrast issues

There are color contrast errors in some parts of the website. (WCAG 1.4.3 AA and WCAG 1.4.6 AAA)

Language

Language tagging may be missing in places where languages other than Swedish are used. (WCAG 3.1.2 AA)

Appearance

There are validation errors in the website’s CSS code. These errors are not severe enough to significantly affect the use or appearance of the website. (WCAG 4.1.1 A)

Forms

There are form elements, such as text fields, radio buttons, and checkboxes, that lack descriptive labels and field groupings. (WCAG 1.3.1 and WCAG 4.1.2 A)

Exception for disproportionate burden

AcadeMedia invokes an exception for disproportionate burden regarding parts of AcadeMedia’s websites under Section 12 of the Act on Access to Digital Public Services on the following grounds:

AcadeMedia does not have the resources or organization to perform the following:

  • Adapting maps for one-finger navigation. This would require significant technical modification of embedded maps beyond what we are currently able to carry out.
  • Content retrieved via integrations with third parties.

Den här sidan beskriver hur Futuregames uppfyller lagen om tillgänglighet till digital offentlig service, eventuella kända tillgänglighetsproblem och hur du kan rapportera brister till oss så att vi kan åtgärda dem.

Hur tillgänglig är webbplatsen?

Webbplatsen är delvis förenlig med lagen om tillgänglighet till digital offentlig service. Vi är medvetna om att vi just nu inte lyckas uppfylla samtliga krav på tillgänglighet till digital offentlig service. Vi försöker lösa problemen och se till att du får den digitala service du har rätt till.

Teknisk information om webbplatsens tillgänglighet

Vårt mål är att uppnå minst grundläggande tillgänglighet enligt kriterierna i WCAG 2.1 på nivå AA. Webbplatsen uppfyller dock ännu inte alla tillgänglighetskriterier i WCAG 2.1. och är därför delvis förenliga med lagen om tillgänglighet till digital offentlig service, på grund av de brister som beskrivs nedan.

Alt-text finns inte på vissa bilder och videor. (WCAG 1.1.1, A)

Rörlig bild och ljud

Det finns rörligt material som publicerats både innan och efter den 23 september 2020 som saknar alternativ för att kunna tillgodogöra sig filmens innehåll, då de saknar undertexter, transkribering och/eller syntolkning. (WCAG 1.2.1, 1.2.2, 1.2.3 A, WCAG 1.2.4, 1.2.5 AA)

Information och relationer
  • HTML används för att formatera innehållet på några ställen. (WCAG 1.3.1 A)
  • Rubriker är inte korrekt strukturerade. (WCAG 2.4.10 AAA)
  • Element-ID är inte unika. (WCAG 4.1.1 A och WCAG 1.3.1 A)
  • ARIA-attribut och roller är inte helt korrekt använda överallt på webbplatsen. (WCAG 1.3.1 A)
  • Vissa text i sidfoten är cirka 10px, vilket kan göra den svår att läsa för vissa användare. Detta riskerar att påverka läsbarheten (WCAG 1.4.4 AA)
  • Viss text ser ut som rubrik visuellt men är inte kodad som en rubrik (t.ex h1-h6), vilket försvårar navigering med hjälpmedel. (WCAG 1.3.1 A och WCAG 2.4.6 AA)

Det finns valideringsfel i webbplatsens CSS-kod. Felen är inte så allvarliga att de påverkar användandet eller utseendet av webbplatsen i någon större mån. (WCAG 4.1.1 A)

Formulär

Det finns formulär-element, som exempelvis textfält, radioknappar och kryssrutor, som saknar beskrivande etiketter och fältgrupper. (WCAG 1.3.1 och WCAG 4.1.2 A)

Undantag för oskäligt betungande anpassning

AcadeMedia åberopar undantag för oskäligt betungande anpassning av delar av AcadeMedias webbplatser enligt 12 § lagen om tillgänglighet till digital offentlig service på följande grunder:

AcadeMedia har inte resurser eller organisation för att utföra följande:

  • Anpassa kartor för navigering med ett finger. Detta skulle innebära att vi behöver göra större teknisk anpassning av infogade kartor än vad vi har möjlighet till.
  • Innehåll som hämtas via integrationer med tredje part.

Hur vi har testat webbplatsen
