with a maximum size of 25 MB.
The name of the document must carry your name and the class you are applying to:
John_Doe_3D.pdf or John_Doe_Speldesign.pdf.
The PDF document is to contain following:
Contact details: Name, date of birth, nationality, gender, address, phone number, email.

A personal letter: Why do you want to study at FutureGames? Why do you want to make
games? Who are you and what defines you?
Your work samples: See next topic for details.
Work Samples for the 3D class
The samples should consist of images or videos.
You may add a maximum of 10 2D or 3D art work images to the PDF Document. These images
can show anything that you think demonstrates your talent for 3D game art.
If you have a video or videos of your work these are to be uploaded to Youtube or Vimeo, and a
link to the video is to be added to the PDF document.
Work Samples for the Game Design class
The samples can exist of images/videos and/or documents. You can send in either of those two,
or both. The images/videos will show us your technical or artistic skills, the documents that you
can think as a designer and communicate things well.
You may add a maximum of 10 related images to the PDF document.
If you include a game design document or game analysis it may be a maximum of 3 pages.
When writing a design document focus on detail. The document should be about the design of
a game, not an idea. Designs have details, ideas do not. Describe just a small part of a game,
as you only have three pages. We are after seeing that you are able to think as a designer, have
a basic understanding of the whole process of making a game, and are able to describe and
communicate things well.
If you have made games, mods, or levels, please record a video of those and put the video up
on Youtube and Vimeo. Add a link to the videos to the document. Do not send in the actual
content.
